1. Order & Payment
A: Browse products → Add to cart → Fill in shipping/payment details → Confirm order. You’ll get an order confirmation email once we accept it.

A: Colors are displayed as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings or lighting.

3. Shipping & Delivery
A: Yes, we ship to most countries/regions (remote areas may have limited service).
A: Asia: 5-10 business days; North America/Europe: 7-14 business days; other regions: 10-20 business days (excludes customs delays).
A: A tracking number will be sent to your email after shipment. Use it on our “Order Tracking” page.
4. Returns & Refunds
A: You can request returns/exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order (items must be unworn, with original tags).
A: We cover fees if the item is defective/incorrect (provide photos). You pay for returns due to personal preferences (e.g., size change).
A: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we inspect returned items, and will go back to your original payment method.
